These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Orbitel website, platform, APIs, and communication services (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using Orbitel, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Orbitel is operated by Aptech Services Private Limited, providing enterprise Communication Platform as a Service (CPaaS) solutions including SMS, Voice, WhatsApp, RCS, and Email messaging services.
You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding agreements to use Orbitel’s Services. By using our Services, you represent that you meet these requirements.
You agree to use Orbitel Services only for lawful business purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and telecom guidelines.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Orbitel shall not be liable for unauthorized access caused by your failure to safeguard login details.
You retain full responsibility for the content transmitted using Orbitel Services. Orbitel acts solely as a communication facilitator and does not originate or control user-generated content.
Users must comply with all applicable telecom, data protection, and messaging regulations. Orbitel reserves the right to suspend or terminate services if regulatory violations are detected.
Pricing, billing cycles, and payment terms are governed by the commercial agreement between Orbitel and the customer. All fees paid are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Orbitel strives for high service availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Temporary service disruptions may occur due to maintenance, upgrades, or external dependencies.
All Orbitel trademarks, logos, software, APIs, and platform content are the exclusive property of Aptech Services Private Limited. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or redistribution is prohibited.
Orbitel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Services, including loss of revenue or business interruption.
You agree to indemnify and hold Orbitel harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or legal expenses arising from your misuse of the Services or violation of these Terms.
Orbitel reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Services at its discretion, with or without notice, in case of policy violations or regulatory requirements.
Your use of Orbitel is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your data.
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Delhi, India.
Orbitel may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.
